July Update: Shoreline Hearings Board testimony and documents

July 2023 Update - We secured all of our permits but the approval was appealed by a local watch dog group alleging that the farm will have adverse impacts on the environment. We obviously disagree. After a 7 day hearing featuring 10 expert witnesses and 100+ exhibits the decision is in the hands of the Shorelines Hearing Board. We are confident that we will move forward. For more information, please see this link.

All of the testimony and documents are public record but they are not easy to find or access via the government site so we’re making them available here:

If you are interested, we encourage you to listen, read, view what you have time for. As always, don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions.
